The Master's Message

Greetings Brethren,
We have just come off of an exciting year for Guilford 656. We were a busy and productive Lodge from start to finish with most all of our objectives being met. The year 2010 saw the raising of 8 new Master Masons, which was by far our greatest accomplishment. These new Masons have already stepped up to assume responsibilities in the Lodge, from serving on various committees to filling officers chairs. I am truly proud of them all.

2011 presents many challenges for our Lodge. New membership and fund raising for our main charities, MESH and MHCO, will be priorities this year. Plans also include the raising of as many new Masons as we can, have interesting and enlightening Masonic education programs for the Brethren as well as for the general public on occasion.

Brethren, I hope this letter finds you and your loved ones well and I look forward to seeing you in Lodge. We always have a nice dinner at 6:30 prior to the meeting where we enjoy a lot of great food and fellowship. Come out and join us. Finally Brethren, live in peace; and may the God of love and peace delight to dwell with and bless you.
